Strict No Refund & No Replacement Policy
All sales are final. Because each product is custom handcrafted to order, there is strictly NO refund and NO replacement for any products being purchased on Lovelle.co under any circumstances.
1. No Refunds & No Replacements
All items sold on Lovelle.co — including handmade pipe cleaner bouquets, decorative pots, and gift arrangements — are strictly non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-replaceable.
Once payment is processed, your order enters production and cannot be cancelled, refunded, returned, or exchanged.
2. All Sales Final
Please carefully check product specifications, dimensions, stem counts, colors, and shipping address details prior to submitting your order. Once placed, all purchases are final and non-reversible.
3. Delivery & Transit
Each bouquet is handcrafted with high-density chenille wire and carefully boxed for transit. In the rare event of transit delays or courier handling, orders remain non-refundable and non-replaceable. Courier updates can be tracked via the shipping notification link.
